He started to serve the society, to see this honorable work Mahatma Gandhiji visited this hospital in 1946 and expressed his great pleasure.Talegaon General Hospital &Convalescent Home is working in a medical field for the betterment of the patients in Talegaon and in the vicinity of Maval Taluka for last 80years for eye diseases but Dr Bhausaheb Sardesai understood the need of people and started T.B Sanatorium, as the environment of Talegaon is good for the T.B patients to recover early .Within very small period this T.B sanatorium is famous all over the world.Pune, the education capital of India, represents a blend of inspiring history and rich literary, cultural and social traditions.
